WHAT KIND OF TASKS WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?

• Designing and operating account management processes considering client needs
• Uniting different operation units of the organization as a project manager
• Proactively establishing contacts and business relationships with new customers, representing the company authentically
• Identifying new customer groups
• Participating in the development of new business models on several levels: operational, strategic and B2B marketing
• Realizing all this in a rapidly changing environment :)
• Representing GFA at partner events
• Communicating with students
• Tracking and understanding industry trends, continuous analysis and internal integration of customer data and reaction

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Experience in CRM, P&L, C&F planning
• Relevant university degree (e.g. business informatics, economics)
• 4-5 years experience in IT Project/Account Management (e.g. IT agency, IT recruitment agency)
• Confident oral and written business English
• To be able to adapt fast, because things can change really fast, even from day to day with us, so it’s good if this doesn’t trip you and you can react quickly :)
• Communication skills (e.g. presentation, negotiation)
